"Appointment tell about agreement for meeting it is good to make an appointment before you meet or people".

"Appointment is a kind of expression which is used to conduct an appointment".

1.Making an Appointment
  • Can I come and see you ?
  • I want to make an appointment to see
  • I ‘ll be there
  • I'd like make an appointment with....
 2.Accepting an Appointment
  • Be there on time
  • It’s a deal
  • I’ll wait for you
  • Ok,wait a minute
  • I'll come
3.Canceling an Appointment
  • I’m sorry ,I ‘m very busy
  • I ‘m terrible sorry I have to put off my Appointment
  • I'm sorry,I can't to meet you,because I must to do something 
4.Changing an Appointment
  • What about……………( Tuesday at.05.00.p.m)
  • Do you have another time this afternoon
  • Well,I must be off now .I’ll talk to you later.
Example:
Ika     : Hi,can I talk to Afgan ?
Andy  : Ya ,it’s me .Who is talking ?

Invitation is a way to invite someone or more to go to a place or to do   something.   *There are two types of invitation.  (Ada 2 macam tipe invitation)  FORMAL INVITATION   (Tipe yg Formal) Formal invitation is usually originate from Institutes, Companies and a kind of it. Normally formal invitation is written invitation.   INFORMAL INVITATION  (Tipe yg tidak formal)  Informal invitation is personal invitation given to a friend, family, etc. Informal invitation can be  written invitation and verbal invitation.  Invitation is a way to invite someone or more to go to a place or to do something.     Extending ( mengundang )   for example: • I would like to invite you to come to my house • Would you like to come to my restaurant? • How would you like to go   camping with us next month?   >  Keterangan tempat dan waktu bisa diubah sesuai keadaan Accepting ( menerima )   • I’d love to   • I like that • That sounds great > OK (singkatnya) Declining ( me
